About me
Hello and welcome! My name is Jessica Glover. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with experience and education within the world of therapy. I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families with or without mental health disorders along with relationship for personal and professional development. My passion is helping others to feel heard and valued while maintaining healthy relationships in their family, on their job, or in the community with friends. It is my belief that we can help most when we can communicate our feelings and emotions for connection and understanding.
My approach to therapy is different with each individual, couple, or family, being tailored to their needs. I have a unique perspective on connecting from a nonjudgmental stance to help navigate through life challenges.
